The first of the series of 14 events carries a buy in of $200+$15 and a guaranteed prize pool of $250,000. The same event in ECOOP II in May 2008 had 1291 players who bought in to take the prize pool to $258,200. It was won by a player with id fuddebuf who took home $54,222 for his efforts.
