January 14th is day one for the Titan Poker Winter Poker League, which consists of four poker tournaments three times a week. Each and every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday will run Winter Poker League games with different buy ins.

Each tourney will reward the top 5 players points, which puts them on the Winter Poker League leaderboard. The league will run for ten weeks, with the top 200 leaderboard players getting a special invite to an exclusive $50,000 Freeroll tournament, to be staged on March 30, 2008.

So, no big deal if you don't actually WIN a Winter Poker League tournament, right? Just have to place in the top five to get points? True, but for those individual winners of the Winter Poker League tournaments there will be a very special $10,000 Winners Freeroll on March 31, 2008.
