John Phan profile

John Phan - It is beginning to seem like the primary export of Vietnam is poker players. John Pham hails from Vietnam, and started playing poker at the age of 16, playing in low limit games for fun. As he aged and picked up the nickname “Razor” John saw the earning potential for someone with his talent, and made the leap to pro player.

His family was not thrilled with the choice, but it is hard to knock a successful career move after the fact, and John’s millions in earning from the tournament tables have shown the ultimate correctness of his choice. Below are just a few of his 69 cashes:
